(1) The meeting of the Assembly shall be held at least once a year.

(2) The Chairman of the Assembly shall preside over the meeting of the Assembly. In the absence of the President, the meeting will be presided over by the Vice-President of the Assembly and in the absence of the President and Vice-President, the Vice-Chancellor will preside over the meeting of the Assembly.

(3) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Assembly shall be as prescribed and unless so prescribed, the procedure related to the meeting shall be determined by the Assembly itself.
